Aloo ki Tikki recipe - How to make Aloo ki Tikki

4 boiled potatoes
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
  1. Combine the potatoes and green peas in a bowl and mix well and mash.
  2. Add the coriander, chaat masala, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into round patties.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis till they are golden brown on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup.
