Ingredients
12 almond butter cookies

To Be Mixed Together Into A Soaking Syrup
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp coffee powder
1/4 cup warm water

For The Filling
3/4 cup beaten whipped cream
2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp coffee powder
a few drops of vanilla essence

For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated chocolate
2 tbsp almond (badam) slivers
Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and fold gently.
  2. Fill into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and keep refrigerated.

  1. Dip 6 cookies one by one in the soaking syrup and place them on a serving plate.
  2. Pipe out a little filling mixture onto each cookie.
  3. Dip the remaining 6 cookies one by one in the soaking syrup and place them over the filling on each of the 6 cookies.
  4. Garnish with chocolate and almonds and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled.
