This tea helps in curing people suffering from regular common cold, if consumed regularly atleast once a day, eventually the cold is cured completely.
- Mix water, milk, sugar, ginger juice, elaichi powder and chai masala and heat on a low flame till the mixture starts boiling.
- Let it boil for 2 minutes. then add ajawain seeds and simmer for 5 minutes, while stirring at times.
- Finally bring one more boil and shut the gas. cover and keep the chai for 5 minutes. serve it as it is for better results.
