It is very good in summer. There is dry vegetable so we can use in tiffin also. It also use as snacks.
Method- Put the oil in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the mustard seeds and asafoetida and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add all grated vegetables and the remaining ingredients, mix well and add a little water, close and microwave on high for 5 minites.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
