Zamali Badami Kulfa recipe - How to make Zamali Badami Kulfa

1 cup almonds (badam)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
16 ounces whipping cream
sugar to taste
cardamom (elaichi) powder (optional)
  1. Soak almonds in hot water peel and blend.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whipping cream and sugar and mix well.
  3. Add cardamom powder, mix again. Put mixture into small single serving dishes.
  4. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours and serve.
