Delicious and healthy moong dal cooked and garnished with ghee, chillies and ginger.
- Cook the moong dal with sufficient water and keep aside.
- Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the ginger-green chilli paste and saute for few seconds.
- Pour this tempering to the dal, add the salt along with 1/2 cup water and mix well.
- Serve hot.
