Method

  1. Wash and cut asparagus in to thin length wise pieces.[ keep the length]
  2. Cut onion and green chilli into length wise pieces.
  3. Make a paste of garlic and ginger.
  4. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
  5. When the oil is hot add the garlic and ginger paste.
  6. Now add cut onion and green chilli to the oil .. saute till brown and crispy.
  7. Add haldi and lal mirch powder.
  8. Add cut asparagus pieces.
  9. Add amchoor powder.
  10. Cook till done.
