A simple and quick yoghurt sandwich recipe with spiced up hung curd as spread and healthy tomatoes and cucumber slices placed between the breads. The tasty dahi or curd sandwich may be grilled, toasted or served plain with or without any dressing or cheese.
- Cut onions,tomatoes & chilli into fine pieces.
- Mix the above with yoghurt.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Spread this mixture thickly between 2 slices of bread.
- Toast the sandwich with a little oil on a pan or sandwich toaster.
