If the patty is cooked on the microwave it saves, time, oil & calories.
- Cook potatoes& raw banana in the microwave for 5 mins. peel them , mash tem & add chill1 pdr,salt,garammasala.
- Make into small patties & shallow fry on tawa for 2 mins or in microwave for 1 min
- Trim slices of bread. apply butter, put a lettuce leave, drizzle some sauce, put patty & cut into quarters. serve facing upwards . looks extremely beautiful & is a very wholesome , iron- full breakfast
