1 bread slice
2 raw bananas
2 potatoes
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 drops of lemon juice
salt to taste

  1. Cook potatoes& raw banana in the microwave for 5 mins. peel them , mash tem & add chill1 pdr,salt,garammasala.
  2. Make into small patties & shallow fry on tawa for 2 mins or in microwave for 1 min
  3. Trim slices of bread. apply butter, put a lettuce leave, drizzle some sauce, put patty & cut into quarters. serve facing upwards . looks extremely beautiful & is a very wholesome , iron- full breakfast
