A white sauce recipe for Jains with no onions and garlic added. Made of plain flour, milk and butter.
- Heat a pan and melt the butter in it.
- Add the flour and cook on a slow flame till frothy, while stirring continuously.
- Add the milk gradually and stir continuously till the sauce thickens.
- Add salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
