3 tablespoon butter/oleo
1 lb of fersh mushrooms (khumbh), sliced
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup minced parsley
Cream Mushrooms
8-oz cooked lasagna noodles drain
8 oz mozzarella cheese sliced
1 lb cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  1. Sauce: make this cream mushroom sauce first. melt butter in large sauce pan,
  2. Add mushrooms and lemon juice. saute mushrooms until wilted, about six
  3. Minutes, stirring occasionally. blend in flour, salt and cayenne. gradually
  4. Stir in milk. cook and stir until thick, about 5 minutes. stir in parsley.
  5. Lasagna: spread about 1/2 cup of cream mushroom sauce in 13 x 9 baking pan.
  6. Make three layers each of noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and
  7. Remaining cream mushroom sauce and parmesan cheese. bake at 325 degrees for
  8. 45 minutes. let stand for 20 minutes before cutting.
