An authentic and very easy to prepare wheat methi pakoda recipe using wheat flour, methi and green chilies. Also known as methi na gota in Gujarat, this snack tastes superb with coriander and tomato chutney. Go Relish!
- First add curd in flour,then add,oil and sugar, salt, chilli powder,turmeric powder, asafoetida and methi all in flour
- Then make pakoda from it after all this fry in oil on high gas pressure
