Wheat kheer recipe - How to make Wheat kheer

250 grams - wheat
200 grams -sugar
1/2 liter-creamed milk
dry fruits for garnishing
one pinch of salt
saffron -1/4tea spoon
green elachi for taste

  1. Soak the wheat for an hour and blend in mixur for one minutes.the upper layerof wheat will come out.
  2. Put the wheat in pressure cookerand put three glass water and take ten wistles
  3. Then put milk mix it well low the flame of gass after ten minutes add sugar ,salt dry fruits,saffron,elichi.
  4. Garnish it with dry fruits.
  5. And surve it.
