1 cup wheat (gehun)
1/2 cup jaggery (gur)
1 cup fresh coconut
200 ml oil
4 cardamoms (elaichi)
a pinch of salt

  1. Soak the wheat overnight.grind. (coarsely)
  2. Add gaggery grind.finely add grated coconutjust a short time (not toomuch)
  3. Add cardamam whole or 1/2 tsp powder.
  4. Heat the oil.drop a big size in to the oil.
  5. Deep fry till golden brown.
  6. I tlooks like rick chocolate
