Get ready to create an unique diabetic friendly wheat dosa recipe with rava or semolina mixed with wheat flour, chillies, onion and spices. The wheat batter is then spread on the pan with little oil and cooked just like pancake or dosa. Serve the crispy wheat dosa with coconut chutney
Cooking procedure:- Mix the flours along with the salt.make a dosa like batter.
- Season the batter with mustard ,curry leaves,ginger ang green chillies.
- Make dosa not exactly in the dosa shape but in an irregular shape
