1.chop all the vegetables and keep them in icy water n store in refrigerator. they will remain fresh n crunchy while eating.
2.add the vegetables to the curd just before eating
- Chop all the vegetables and boil rajma and chola
- Drain all the water from the curd. put tomato ketchup,mustard pwd, sugar, salt, green chilly, vinegar.
- Add the chopped vegetables and boiled rajma and chola to the curd mixture.
