A warm porridge on a moonsoon day served with crisp khakras and sprouts makes a healthy breakfast.
- Heat the milk in a deep pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, roast the oats in ghee for few minutes and add to the boiling milk and mix well.
- Remove from the flame and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve warm garnished with toasted almonds and saffron.
