400ml lemon juice,
100g. ginger ,
2tbsp pudina powder,
800g. sugar,
400ml water,
1tsp rock salt (kala namak)
1g. Potassium meta-bi sulphate,
black pepper to taste, few drops of edible green edible food co lour

  1. Peel and chop the ginger. mix it with lemon juice, 2tbsp pudina powder and blend well in mixie. drain it. mix sugar and water and boil for 15 minutes. add 2tsp milk and cook for 5 minutes. clear the scum .drain through a muslin cloth. mix black pepper and salt.,lemon juice and drops of edible lemon colour.add 1g. potassium meta-bi sulphate and mix
  2. While serving- in a glass,pour 2tsp of squash,crushed ice and fill the glass with water or soda water.serve cold.
