Method

  1. Roast vermicelli with little bit of oil or ghee, for 2 mins.
  2. Heat oil and ghee in a pan. splutter musturd seeds. add urud dhal and channa dhal. as soon as it changes color add chopped green chillies and ginger followed by chopped onion. once the onions turned translucent add all the chopped veggies. pour 2 cups of water and add required salt.
  3. When it comes to boil add vermicelli slowly. stir continusly till it gets cooked. garnish with curry leaves and corriander leaves.
