A popular snack typically enjoyed with chutney or sauce, the crispy veg pakoda is prepared by mixing the vegetables with gram flour or besan and spice powders. Drop this mixture in the hot oil and enjoy the crispy crunchy pakodas or fritters with tea or coffee.
- Mix all the tings and mix one tea spoon oil and make ball like pakoda and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with sauce.
