Veggies Delight Burger recipe - How to make Veggies Delight Burger

2 cups peeled and sliced colocassia (arbi)
1 cup sliced onions
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 medium tomatoes , finely chopped
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp schezuan sauce , optional
4 burger buns
1 tbsp lemon juice
  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the colocassia, onions, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame till it is half cooked.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook till they turn soft.
  3. Add the tomato ketchup and schezuan sauce and mix well. Keep aside.
  4. Heat the burger buns from inner sides for few minutes and apply sauce on it and now put arbi sabji on it and squeeze lemon on it as much you like.
  5. Serve or pack.
