These refreshing veggies (carrot, spinach, parsley, celery) combine to make a super juice rich in fibre to keep a check on blood sugar.
Carrots and spinach have been credited with zinc that aid in increasing the hdl (good cholesterol) cholesterol levels and diminishing the likelihood of blood clots and heart disease in diabetics.
Being rich in potassium, this drink is a boon for diabetics with hypertension (high blood pressure) as it helps to balance the high sodium levels.

Veggie Boost Juice recipe - How to make Veggie Boost Juice

Makes 2 to 30 servings (1 serving )
Hopper / juicer- Add the carrots, spinach, parsley and celery sticks a few at a time in a hopper.

- Add the lemon juice and mix well.

- Add some ice-cubes in a glass and pour the drink over it. Serve immediately.

Mixer / blender- Blend all the ingredients using little water (if required) till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it. Serve immediately.
