Veggi Moong Dal Fritters recipe - How to make Veggi Moong Dal Fritters

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

  1. Wash and remove skin of moong dal and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai, drop spoons of batter in oil and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve hot.
