Makes 2 to 3 servings
- Wash and remove skin of moong dal and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, drop spoons of batter in oil and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
