Rice roti is a traditional roti or indian flat bread recipe prepared from rice flour. These soft , paper thin and delicious rice rotis are typically enjoyed with fish curry or green vegetables in coastal india.

Ingredients
1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
1/2 cup grated mixed vegetables
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
