    Method
  1. Combine the tomato puree and coconut milk in a deep pan, mix well and cook till the milk is cooked.
  2. Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, sugar, pepper powder and salt, mix well and cook for more 4 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook till the vegetables are completely cooked.
  4. Serve hot garnished with pineapple.
