Vegetable sticks recipe - How to make Vegetable sticks
Cooking Time: Total Time:
150 gm corn flour
50 gm besan
1/2 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup coriander leaves salt to taste
oil for frying
- In a vessel mix all the vegetables, besan, corn flour, salt with the help of water till it becomes a thick paste like dough. now make long slim stick rolls with your palms. deep fry in the oil. vegetable sticks are now ready to be served!
- Serve them with green chutney and/or tomato ketchup.
