Vegetable cutlet recipe - How to make Vegetable cutlet
Cooking Time: Total Time:
boiled mashed potatoes
half boiled peas,cauliflower,carrot,beetroot
fenugreek leaves,salt to taste,fried cumin powder,4 bread slices(soaked in water),cornflour,green chillies& ginger paste,oil
- Mix all ingredients and make small balls.flatten a little.heat a non stick pan.grease with oil.place the pattieson the pan and coverwith lid.after 5 mins.turn it and again cover it till it becomes crispy.serve hot with chutney/sauce.
