An easy recipe to prepare the versatile Vegetable stock which can be used to prepare vegetable dishes, soups or even chicken recipe. The vegetable stock is prepared from a range of vegetables and is a healthy way of restoring the nutrients lost in the boiling process.
- Place all the ingredients in a large pan and add 6 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil and then lower the heat.
- Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes till the vegetables have released their flavours.
- Cool and strain.
- Use as required.
