INGREDIENTS:
2 long slices of bread
1 to 4 cups boiled mixed vegetables (potato, french beans, carrots)
Green Chutney
tomato ketchup
butter
1/2 tbsp chilli sauce

    Method:
  1. Mash the vegetable roughly add enough green chutney and chili sauce to bind the vegetable.
  2. Remove crust from bread slice, roll it to make it thinner .
  3. Apply butter and tomato sauce and spread vegetable .
  4. Roll bread slice tightly and cover it with wet cloth and keep it in fridge for 1 hour to set and then cut into slices.
