Vegetable Mushroom Bamboo Shoot

A delicious simple recipe!
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the carrots, mushroom and bamboo shoots and stir fry for 45 seconds, and then add the remaining vegetables.
- Stir fry again for 1 minute and add all the seasonings and mix well and add water.
- Once it comes to boil, add the corn starch solution.
- Stir and serve.
