  1. Take a cooker.
  2. Heat it on low heat.
  3. Put in oil and heat it.
  4. After that put jeera,kadi patta,green chili,tejpatta.
  5. After that put all vegetables and mix well.
  6. After that put washed rice and dal.
  7. After that put red chilli,haldi and salt and mix it well.
  8. Than pressure cook for one whistle on low heat.
  9. Vegetable Khichdi is ready to eat.
  10. Serve hot with curds.
