1/2 cabbage , sliced
2 capsicums
2 carrots
1 cup green peas
1 big onion , sliced
7 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp ginger (adrak)
3 green chillies (slit)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
a pinch of M.S.G (optional)
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp oil or ghee
coriander (dhania) leaves

  1. Heat a pan and add ghee or oil, add sliced onion, sliced garlic, sliced ginger, add green chillies, add vegetables one by one saute, add soya sauce and tomato sauce keep on stirring, add salt, ajinomoto, pepper powder and cook for 15 minutes add coriander leaves and serve
