2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
1 tsp butter
4 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
1/4 tsp chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji) leaves
salt to taste

For the garnish
2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
3 tbsp grated paneer
1 onion, peeled
1 potato, peeled
1 tomato
1 carrot, peeled
1/4 bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki), peeled

  1. 1. put 3 cups of water to boil.
  2. 2. wash and thinly slice all the vegetables.
  3. 3. combine all the vegetables, butter, peppercorns and salt with the 3 cups of hot water in a pressure cooker.
  4. 4. pressure cook for 1 whistle.
  5. 5. serve hot garnished with the coriander and grated paneer.
