Vegetable Bread Pulav recipe - How to make Vegetable Bread Pulav

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp peanuts
2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup parboiled potatoes
2 tbsp boiled green peas
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
20 grinded bread

For The Garnishing
1/4 cup sev
2 tbsp pomegranate
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp green chutney
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and pea nuts and fry for a minute on a medium flame.
  2. Add the ginger and onion and cook till onions turns pink and soft.
  3. Add all the vegetables and salt and cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes or till all the vegetables are cooked.
  4. Add the chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
  5. Add the bread and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Now remove it from flame.
  7. Take a medium sized bowl fill it with bread pulav and invert the bowl on a serving plate.
  8. Garnish it with shredded cabbage, sev, coriander and pomogranate.
  9. Pour some tomato sauce and green chutney in a circular manner over it.
  10. Serve hot.
