Serve the crispy fried Vegetable balls with green chuteny as snack or breakfast with breads.This makes for a tantalizing starter dish and is quite easy to prepare.
- Boil all the vegetables.(in microvave or cooker)
- Smash potatoes and add carrot,peas,garam masala powder,ginger-garlic paste,chilli powder,salt,coriander,last but not least thelime juice to make our tongue more delicious.
- Make these mixture into small balls and roll in the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in the oil until brown in color.
