1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup french beans
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 cup cabbage
1/4 cup capsicum
4 spring onions
1 tsp ginger (adrak)
1 tsp garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp green chillies
3 tsp cornflour

4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp chilli sauce
4 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp M.S.G
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup cornflour
salt and pepper to taste
chopped green chillies to taste
Vegetable Stock (Vegetable’s Boiled water)

  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and boil in half cup of water and drain it.
  2. Mix corn flour or maida in vegetables and heat it in 2 cups of oil.
  3. Make small balls of vegetables and deep fry it.
  4. Fry chopped onions for 2 min. and add ginger and garlic paste
  5. Then ad all sauces and corn flour and fry it for 2 min.
  6. Then add vegetable balls into hot sauce
  7. Garnish it with churched paneer and serve hot.
