Veg Sprouted Grilled Wraps recipe - How to make Veg Sprouted Grilled Wraps

Ingredients

For The Chapatis
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
4 tsp oil
salt to taste

For The Stuffing
4 medium size boiled potatoes
2 cups boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1 cup grated cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced capsicum
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
4 tsp mayonnaise
4 tsp tomato ketchup
4 tsp butter
2 cups grated processed cheese
Method
For the chapatis

    For the chapatis
  1. In a bowl add the whole wheat flour and mix with water and pinch of salt to make soft dough. Knead well.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and make thin chapatis of about 15 cm diameter.
  3. Semi cook the chapatis on hot tava.

For the stuffing

  1. Crush the boiled potatoes in the bowl and add chaat masala, red chilli powder, black pepper and mix well to make aloo masala.

How to proceed

  1. Place the semi cooked chapatis on a clean dry surface.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on each chapati.
  3. Place the aloo masala on each half portion of chapatis.
  4. Place sprouted boiled green moong, grated cabbage, grated carrot, onion slices and capsicum slices on it.
  5. Spriinkle some grated cheese and some chaat masala over it.
  6. Fold the chapatis and spread some butter on outer portion and grill the wraps till crispp.
  7. You can also use oven or hot tava to cook the wrap.
