Ingredients
4 slices bread
1/4 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp finely chopped tomatoes
chaat masala to taste
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the paneer,capsicum, tomato, chaat masala and salt in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Cut bread slices ino rounds with the help of a round bowl with sharp edges. [katori]
  3. Press the paneer stuffing on on side of the bread slice.
  4. Heat a drop of oil on a pan and put 6-7 mustard seeds.
  5. Put the bread with the side of the stuffing down on itand roast.
  6. Turn and roast from the other side too till it becomes crisp.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.

The receipe turned out very well. Since it was roasted it was healthy and the idea of cutting the bread slices in round made it more presentable. Family really liked it. Thanks to the contributor..!!
