Mix the batter by hand or else batter will not mix properly with water. always keep the tava in high flame while preparing and pour oil first in the tava then pour the dosa from the boarders
- Put all the vegetables in a vessel and mix it with hands properly then add beasn ,salt,rice flour,garam masala,red chilliand finally add water and prepare the batter not so thin and not so thick.
- Heat the tava and pour the batter not in the centre on the boarders of the tava.
