Ingredients

chopped mixed vegetables (carrot,beans,potato)
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup boiled green peas
1 cup chopped onions
salt to taste
1 to 2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 cup coconut milk
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
Method


  1. Fry onions till golden brown.
  2. Now add vegetables and fry.
  3. Add boiled peas also.
  4. Now add coconut milk.add salt and stirr well.close with a lid n let it boil for 1 or 2 mins.
  5. Now add chilly powder n garam masala powder.mix well.
  6. Add little water if needed.garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
