Method

  1. Put oil and fry mustard seeds and onions till golden brown.
  2. Grind it well.
  3. Take the paste and put it in the kadai with oil.
  4. Pour the tamarind water
  5. Add manjal powder and chilli powder and salt
  6. Keep stirring it .
  7. Add cut fried small pieces of ladies finger
  8. Boil for 15 mins
  9. Serve hot with rice
