Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) philadelphia cream cheese , softened
1/3 cup Vanilla Cream ( GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL )
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 6 oz nilla pie crust
1 cup cherry pie filling
Method

  1. Preheat oven to 325°f.
  2. Beat cream cheese, vanilla beverage mix and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. cool.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. top with cherry pie filling just before serving. store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
