Method

  1. In a pan add little oil.
  2. Add mustard, then in a line add ginger,garlic,g.chilli, onions and tomatoes.
  3. Saute it well add capsicum.
  4. Saute well in high flame. add salt, chilli powder when the oil leaves the sides add 1/2 cup water.
  5. Add the halved vadas when the gravy boils.
  6. Cook it till it thickens.
  7. Sprinkle masala powder and garnish with corriander
