  1. 1.soak channa in water for 4 hours.
  2. 2.grind channa, the seeds,red chilly, together with little water,so that the batter is soild in food processor.
  3. 3.mix curry leaves,corriander leaves and salt with the batter.
  4. 4.heat the oil in the pan.
  5. 5. take the batter into small ball and flatter it and deep fry.
