- 1.soak channa in water for 4 hours.
- 2.grind channa, the seeds,red chilly, together with little water,so that the batter is soild in food processor.
- 3.mix curry leaves,corriander leaves and salt with the batter.
- 4.heat the oil in the pan.
- 5. take the batter into small ball and flatter it and deep fry.
