Urulaikizhangu poriyal recipe - How to make Urulaikizhangu poriyal

potato- 1/4 kg
salt- to taste
chilly powder- 1/2 tbsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
- Cut the potatoes into slices(circle shaped pieces)
- Mix salt chilly powder and turmeric powder with some water and make into a thin paste..
- Add the potato slices in this paste and leave it for 10 mins
- Heat the tawa and put simmer the stove and fry these potato slices and fry till soft
