Urulaikizhangu poriyal recipe - How to make Urulaikizhangu poriyal

potato- 1/4 kg
salt- to taste
chilly powder- 1/2 tbsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices(circle shaped pieces)
  2. Mix salt chilly powder and turmeric powder with some water and make into a thin paste..
  3. Add the potato slices in this paste and leave it for 10 mins
  4. Heat the tawa and put simmer the stove and fry these potato slices and fry till soft
