This is unique and healthy salad.
- Combine the methi leaves, roasted coriander powder, chilli powder, salt, roasted peanut powder and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a small pan and add the mustard seeds, turmeric and hing and add to the mehti salad.
- Serve immediately.
