Unique Bhel Puri recipe - How to make Unique Bhel Puri



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

10 bread slices
oil for deep frying
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped cucumber
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 cup sev
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) ki chutney
salt to taste
black salt (sanchal) to taste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp green chutney
  1. Take bread slices and cut into small squares and deep fry and drain onto an absorbent paper, keep aside.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients except bread, while serving add bread and garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. Serve immediately.
