Triveni Burfi recipe - How to make Triveni Burfi

1 cup mava (khoya)
1 cup cashewnut (kaju) paste
1 cup coconut
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup ghee

  1. Grate the khoya without any lumps, soak cahew in hot water for about 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Grind to a paste. grate one full place the kadai on the sotve pouring sugar and 1 cup of water.
  3. Keep stirring till you get one string consistency.
  4. Now add all the three ne by one to it. keep stirring and do it on a medium flame.
  5. Add 2 tablespoon of ghee and keep stirring.
  6. Again add 2 tbsp of ghee to it.
  7. When this paste starts bubbling and starts leaving the sides.
  8. Be ready with a flat plain plate greased with ghee.
  9. Now pour this burfi into the plate.
  10. Allow it to cool. and then cut into pieces.
  11. Delicious triveni burfi wiil be ready.
