Tricolor recipe - How to make Tricolor

green chutney---1/2cup
red chhutney-----1/2cup
beaten curds-----1cup
green chillies----to taste
boiled potatoes---2
coriander leaves--2tbsp
chaat masala-------1tsp
salt to taste
sev ----------------1/2 a cup
onions chopped -----2

  1. Steam idlis in the cocktail plates
  2. Just before serving arrange the idlis in the plate
  3. Add a little of the sev and boondi
  4. Add a spoon of red chutney followed by green chutney
  5. Add the cut tomatoes potatoes
  6. Add the cut onionsand coriander and serve
