Tortilla Soup recipe - How to make Tortilla Soup

  1. Add 5 cups water to the tomatoes and cook.
  2. Blend in a blender and sieve it.
  3. Heat the butter and fry the onion for ½ minutes.
  4. Mix cornflour in 1 cup of water.
  5. Add the tomato mixture and cornflour mixture to the onion and bring to boil.
  6. Add the cottage cheese, corn, seasoning cube, sugar, and salt and cook for few minutes.
  7. Just before serving, add teaspoon of fresh cream and sprinkle some grated cheese and serve hot.
